Cutting with reflective optics for flat bed systems and three-dimensional applications - with or without non-contact height sensing.

A non-contact height sensing system with its robust, industry-proven metal construction, free apertures of 35mm or 50 mm, 3D nozzle adjustment (xyz-stage), water-cooled mirrors and a water-cooled ZnSe window in the upper part of the head, in a safe distance from the cutting nozzle and the workpiece:
The KUGLER laser welding heads are designed for high CO2 laser powers and for use under "rough" industrial conditions. Another advantage is their high flexibility due to their modular design and convenient serviceability with a fast and highly reproducible mirror exchange.
Similar to the KUGLER welding heads, LK190C (aperture 35 mm) and LK390C (aperture 50 mm), the modular design of the cutting heads allows adding a manual or motorized rotary stage. The cutting nozzles can also be exchanged, e.g. against a "slim" version or even against a welding nozzle.
For special applications, where a ZnSe-window cannot be used (e.g. laser powers above 6-8 kW), cutting nozzles with off-axis gas feed and a working distance of 10 mm are available (Laval nozzles) on request.
