User interface of the measuring instrument control

Tactile, optically non-contact, capacitive: Keeping the customer's specifications already during the machining is guaranteed.

Particularly in micromachining, it can no longer be assumed that the contour which the tool spindle follows, is reproduced on the workpiece surface with the necessary accuracy. Complex compensation routines are necessary and for this both the machine and the blank have to be calibrated to micrometer accuracy and also have to be monitored during the different machining steps. Focus sensors with a resolution in the nanometer range, optical light barriers in the submicrometer range, tactile sensors attached to the machining center, but also electrical distance sensors are fully integrated in the production.
All this is configured and operated as required under a LabView software interface. The measuring data obtained is made available to the machine control system to get highest possible component accuracy.
