If vibrations are not allowed: KUGLER detects and avoids the causes for unfavorable straightness deviation.
Linear movements, fast rotations, large spindles for flycutters and vibrations have to be avoided everywhere. Otherwise the roughness values in the nanometer range, as required for metal optics, cannot be achieved. Should you need a bearing, a guideway or a spindle which runs with less vibrations, we will be pleased to advice you and we will measure and optimize for you.
The pic 1 shows the dynamic measurement of a high frequency spindle, the top right picture shows the digital controller which is especially parameterized by KUGLER for a less vibrating commutation of a spindle.
The pic2 shows the synchronism of a direct driven linear air bearing.
Fluctuations were observed on an extremely short time basis of less than one millisecond, as required in typical CTP applications (computer-to-plate, print industry).
