The new coordinate measuring machine LEGEX 776 finds application in the form measurement of complex precision-worked surfaces and in the accurate collection of form position tolerances in relation to reference surfaces. Tactile probes (MPEE 0.5µm) and a visual measuring head measure both micro components and large components up to 700 mm x 700 mm accurately traceable into the submicrometer range.
